Meet The Coaches

Charles Fox

As a 6th generation Californian, Chuck graduated many years ago from Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Liberal Studies, and from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Masters degree in PE/Kinesiology.  He attempted to play professional baseball with the LA Dodgers, California Angels and St. Louis Cardinals, but failed, by his own admission, terribly.

Chuck has coached volleyball, tennis and golf at the collegiate level and volleyball and baseball at the high school level.  He has guided teams to multiple college conference championships as well as multiple CIF high school league championships and a CIF-SS championship.  A CIF-SS Volleyball Coach of the Year in 1995 at Paso Robles High School, Chuck has received numerous collegiate coaching awards including conference coach of the year in men's tennis and women's volleyball and multiple high school coach of the year awards in girls volleyball.

Chuck has coached at many volleyball camps including Pomona-Pitzer, Cal Poly SLO, Boise State, Cuesta College and College of the Siskiyous.  He has coached club volleyball for SLO Juniors and has been a substitute coach for Central Coast Volleyball.

Chuck has been married to his wife, Andra, for twenty years and is currently coaching his son Connor in baseball and his daughter Kacee in volleyball and cake baking--when either will listen.
